As Canadians continue social distancing during this COVID-19 pandemic we have done our best to provide service through online and phone orders..
We will limit the store to a very small amount of customers at one time, so the flow of customers within the store continues to maintain the social distancing rules.
To ensure the safety of our staff and fellow customers we have implemented some safety procedures that need to be followed before in – store entry is allowed.
First, we will ask all customers a series of qualifying questions
Second, customers will have to agree to have their temperature taken by our staff and to put on gloves and hand sanitizer provided at the door.
Anyone that exhibits any sign of illness or fever will be denied entry. No exceptions!
We will not be doing any stocking, bracing, rentals or refunds/exchange until this COVID-19 virus is under control.
We encourage all the other customers to continue placing orders online or by phone.
